Who we are

Safe, structured, compassionate sober living in Central Florida.

Leaving treatment is a fragile moment. Many people return to the world with little support, which can put long-term sobriety at risk. Redeem Living exists to fill that gap — providing the structure, community, and purpose that recovery needs to take hold.

We operate a drug-free home in a residential Lakeland neighborhood, where residents can settle into healthy routines, take responsibility, and prepare for independent living.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between sober living and rehab?
Rehab is the clinical, treatment stage — detox, therapy, and addressing the root causes of addiction. Sober living is what comes next: a structured, supportive home where you put recovery and life skills into daily practice while easing back into the world with accountability and community.
Who is eligible to live at Redeem Living?
Adult men committed to sobriety who agree to follow house rules and take part in the community. Contact us to talk through your situation and current openings.
How long can someone stay?
Length of stay varies by person. Most residents stay somewhere between three months and a year — long enough to build real stability before transitioning to independent living.
What are the house rules?
Rules keep everyone safe and accountable: curfews, weekly meeting attendance, shared chores, agreement to drug testing, and active participation in work, school, or outpatient treatment.
